Happiness is the journey, not the destination.

How many times have you thought "i'll be happy when I get this" or "I''ll have happy when I achieve that". We spend so much time focusing on where we are going are heading, that we lose track of the present, what already have, the key things that really matter and make us happy, and what it is we actually, really want and need.

This workshop will teach you what happiness actually is and how your brain responds to certain triggers and how you can manage these. We'll uncover what the important things are that make you happy, how you can change your current mindset or outlook, routine and path to make happiness a key point of your day, every day.

Habits & Goals Workshop

How are habits and goals linked? And how do these play a crucial part in your life and your success?

Contrary to popular belief, it takes a little longer than 21 days to make or break a habit! But it can be done when you recognise how.

Learn the habit loop response, identify what habits you want to make or break and work with us to map out how. We will touch briefly on neuroplasticity (how your brain changes over time with habits) as well as something called "the willpower gap" and why you sometimes fail at goals and habits.

Then we identify how your habits make or break your goals. Goal setting together and looking at what habits or needed for you to achieve your desired goals or outcomes.
